Baystate Websites Site Comments enables our customers to quickly and clearly communicate with our Webmasters by leaving comments directly on top of a website as it’s being built or finished and needs updates in our editor.

We send you a link with a user name, you create your password and then you can log in and be able to leave remarks or upload pictures right inside the site. (Please note, you should book mark your log in page and write down your user name and password.)

Each comment is attached to a specific site element and commenter, so it’s easy to see who left the comment, what part of the design they’re talking about, so we can respond and make changes as needed.

And any time a comment is made or resolved, an email is automatically sent to our Webmasters.

Each comment is also archived automatically so we can keep track of changes.
